&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m really glad you liked the series. I have been working this way for two full weeks nows. And mental meltdown hasn&#039;t occured. This is encouraging :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Now I&#039;m going to tweak each of my subroutines. This is something I didn&#039;t consider when I had it all bundled, but now It seems quite obvious to do.&lt;/p&gt;

I have been tweaking my GTD practice ever since I began it at the beginning of the year, and this is an excellent variation. My weekly review was too long, so I made a checklist as well. I really lke how you handled the idea of PULL, I am going to make an index card with a list of similar triggers, so that I can spot the emotional behaviors that warrant a response.&lt;/p&gt;
