Hi Mikael

I used remember the milk for some time. It's great. The only reason I use OmniFocus for Iphone, is the great MAC-version and the integration.

OmniFocus for MAC is a really well-creafted GTD app. It allows you to capture all your stuff into a system, but still have nice lean filtered Next Action lists. If I weren't so tied into OmniFocus for MAC i wouldn't use the Iphone app.

Backpack is really nice for team collaboration, but I haven't tried it out on a mobile platform. But then again, you didn't mention anything about Iphones. So perhaps you're just looking for something for your computer? As a web-app I think it lacks the fast-capture possibility of other apps.

Another online todo-manager I really like i todoist.com made by a danish programmer.

Nice blog at incube by the way. Thanks for stopping by.

I have just downloaded OmniFocus to test it in an unlicensed version. My first reaction has been joy. I normally use Remember the Milk for my tasks / todo's, but I feel I need a stronger, more sofisticated GTD tool for my task management.

I haven't tested OmniFocus too much yet, but I fear, that I will run into synching problems, as I work on several computers and synch via MobileMe. And on some projects I will surely also need to be able to cooperate with other team members in organizing projects and actions, and I don't really see, how OmniFocus can help me here.

I am considering testing some of 37signals' applications, notably their Backpack. Have you any experience with Backpack in comparison to Remember the Milk or OmniFocus?
